iCAN SHINE BIKE CAMP

iCan Shine is a non-profit organization that teaches individuals with disabilities to ride a conventional two-wheeled bicycle.  Adapted equipment is used to help the rider transition to a conventional bicycle.

DSAV will offer a total of $10,000 in family grants in 2014. 
The Spring application cycle is now open. 
The deadline to apply is April 7, 2014.

DSAV will offer 2 academic scholarships in 2014 to a

high school senior or college student pursuing post secondary

studies in fields that will directly benefit individuals

with Down syndrome.

The Down Syndrome Association of the Valley (DSAV), is a 501(c)3, non-profit organization serving Eastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. 

The DSAV was established to provide support, resources, advocacy, education and opportunity for those with Down syndrome and their families. 

The DSAV Center for Success® opened in Boardman on October 22, 2009.  The Center serves as the DSAV office and provides space for activities, resources, educational programs, lectures, support and community awareness.
